SafeReady: Ready to protect. Ready to Perform.
ReeR Safety expands its range with SafeReady, the new family of safety light curtains designed to meet the most advanced needs of modern industrial automation.
Not only does it offer the highest level of operator protection, but it also provides ease of integration, configuration and safety management in increasingly compact, flexible and reconfigurable systems.
SafeReady is Type 4 – PL e certified, the highest level required by international standards, and is designed to ensure reliable performance even in harsh industrial environments.
High performance, robust construction
The compact but extremely robust powder-coated aluminium body ensures high resistance to shock and vibration (CEI EN 60068).
IP65 and IP67 protection ratings and a wide operating temperature range from -30 to +55 °C make SafeReady suitable even for refrigerated environments or harsh operating conditions.
Resolutions and ranges
The available resolutions cover every protection requirement:
- 14 mm – finger protection
- 20 – 30 – 40 mm – hand protection
- 50 – 90 mm – body protection
- 2 – 3 – 4 beams – access control
With protected heights of up to 2 m and ranges of up to 18 m (Low Range 0–8 m, High Range 5–18 m), SafeReady is suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications.
No compromise between security and operability
A. No blind zone on either side of the barriers
One of the distinctive features of SafeReady is the total absence of blind zone on both sides of the barrier. Protection is continuous across the entire detection field, eliminating unmonitored areas near the profile.
This allows you to:
- avoid increasing safety distances;
- reduce or eliminate additional mechanical guards;
- design more compact machine layouts.
The result is truly effective safety without compromising on design.

The cables, easily available, replaceable and adjustable, make SafeReady a solution designed to integrate seamlessly and last over time.

Alignment between the transmitter and receiver is facilitated by four high-brightness front LEDs, drastically reducing installation and maintenance times.
Fixed and floating blanking: adaptive safety
SafeReady integrates advanced fixed and floating blanking functions, designed for dynamic processes where the presence of moving materials or parts must not compromise operator protection.
- Fixed blanking allows specific beams to be permanently excluded, for example for the controlled passage of a workpiece.
- Floating blanking follows the movement of the material along the protected area, keeping the protection around the risk zone active.
Safety thus adapts to the process, reducing unwanted stoppages, improving productivity and limiting the risk of tampering.
Smart configuration with Bluetooth
With SafeReady, ReeR brings industrial safety into the age of connectivity.
Plus models can be configured and monitored via Bluetooth using a dedicated app that allows you to:
- view identification data and physical characteristics of the barrier;
- check the status of individual beams;
- check operating modes and status LEDs;
- set beam coding, response times, restart and blanking functions.

Displaying the characteristics of the connected light
curtain:
- Identification data
- Name, identifier and serial number
- Physical characteristics
- Resolution, height, number of beams and connectors
- Beam status with indication of their position along the light curtain
- Free or occupied
- LED status
- Operating mode (Blanking) with indication of the beams or heights affected by the function

- Pre-reset function enable
Immediate visibility and simplified integration
The integrated multi-colour status lamp and diagnostic LEDs provide a clear and immediate readout of operating conditions in real time. In Plus models, all information is also available via Bluetooth, directly from your smartphone or tablet.
